How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How do I activate my account?
You can choose to create your account at checkout. In this case your account will be activated automatically. You will be notified about your new account via email and can begin to use it immediately. If you do not receive that email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Orders. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be provided on that page. You will receive this number within the shipping confirmation email.
How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
If your shipping address is within EU you can expect your order within 2 to 5 days. International orders usually take 7-12 days but can wary by country and customs regulation.

What is the standard delivery fee? How much is the handling fee?
Please see the shipping rates table in our Shipping information. We do not charge any handling fee. You will get the full final price at checkout before you confirm your order.

How do I make payments using Credit Card? How does it work?
We process our Credit Cards through Safer Pay payment services. Paying with Credit Card at is easy. After you select this options at checkout a window with the credit card details will open. Make sure you to fill your credit card data correctly and follow the provided guide. Once payment is successfully completed we get the confirmation instantly and your order goes into processing. You can also choose to store non sensible credit card information with Safer Pay for easier and faster processing next time.

When will I be charged
We charge our customers after the order has shipped successfully. We do make a funds reservation at checkout. Only after successful confirmation of funds availability your order goes into processing.
Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?
Ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired goods, it is recommended that you make your payment at checking out. We do not ship prior payment confirmation.
What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)
